Instructor · Stott Pilates provider
Originally from Chicago, I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 10 years, with more than 400 hours of specialized training. I completed my comprehensive STOTT Pilates certification in Seattle and have continued to expand my education through Balanced Body and Bellicon training. My approach to Pilates is highly detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on proper form, body awareness, and safe, effective movement.
I discovered Pilates as a true passion when I experienced firsthand its ability to heal not only the body, but the mind as well. Following a serious car accident, Pilates played an important role in my recovery, helping me stay pain-free and reconnect with my body on a deeper level. That experience continues to shape the way I teach today.
I believe Pilates is about more than simply performing exercises—it’s about understanding your body and learning how to move through life with greater strength, awareness, and confidence. I love challenging my clients in ways that feel empowering and supportive, while always prioritizing longevity, injury prevention, and sustainable progress. I don’t just instruct; I educate my clients about how their bodies move and, most importantly, why it matters.
